A hot water bottle filled with brown rice and dried ginger will be a wonderful companion on winter evenings. It soothes sore muscles and joints after yoga practice, reduces swelling, has analgesic and antispasmodic effects. It is also a perfect solution when you feel broken and just want a bit of enveloping pleasure.
A hot water bottle can be used both hot and cold , and each version will bring different benefits to your body. Warmed grains of brown rice retain and release heat for a long time. They reduce inflammation, relieve menstrual pain and improve circulation. Cooled grains of brown rice, used in the form of a compress, are the best remedy for swelling, fever and headache.

How to use :
Warm version Heat the hot water bottle in the microwave on a medium program for 1-2 minutes, put it in an oven heated to 100 degrees for fifteen minutes or place it on a warm radiator for 30 minutes. Apply the hot water bottle to the sore spot for 10 minutes. If the heat is too intense, place a towel between the hot water bottle and the skin. Note: only heat the inner insert at a temperature not exceeding 100 degrees, otherwise the material may be destroyed.
Cold version Before use, place the hot water bottle in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then apply it to the sore spot for at least ten minutes. Note In the case of injury or swelling, we recommend using the hot water bottle cold for the first 24 hours. After that time, we recommend using it warm.
