Breathing meditation is the simplest form of relaxation. Focusing on your breath helps to calm your emotions and cut off external stimuli, which is a great way to improve your well-being, achieve peace before sleep or increase your concentration and mindfulness.

Laughter Yoga Workshop and Positive Motivation
JOY AND STRENGTH
Laughter helps us relax, focus on positive thinking and reach for our creativity and agency. That is why laughter yoga was created, which is based on group work techniques that induce intentional laughter. It instantly relaxes, improves attitude, atmosphere in the group and motivates to further action.
The program brings with it:
- During the training, participants will learn simple techniques of intentional laughter and strategies for a good attitude, which they will be able to easily apply in their daily lives.
- The workshop and the common practice of laughter provide immediate,
noticeable effects in the form of relaxation of the atmosphere and improvement

Stop & Breathe Program
Stop & breathe is a program that aims to stop, gain distance from surrounding issues, regulate the nervous system and take care of the balance of not only the body but also the spirit.
The program is based on contact with nature, movement and healthy nutrition. Full of yoga practice, meditation, learning breathing techniques and relaxing sound baths, it is intended primarily for people who are under strong stress and are overloaded with too many responsibilities. An important part of the stop & breathe program is learning to relax and regenerate.
The program includes: preparing the concept, developing the location, pre- and post-communication, conducting classes and workshops, leading the group during the trip.

Peace & Power Program
Peace & power is a program that aims primarily to calm and regulate the nervous system of participants and strengthen their bodies. It strengthens the ability to make decisions, to be more grounded in oneself and one's emotions, and the difficult art of responding instead of reacting automatically.
The Peace & Power program is based on movement, yoga, meditation and breathing techniques, laughter yoga workshops and emotional flexibility workshops. The program can be implemented in
selected location, for example in the mountains or by the sea, taking into account the needs of the client and the nature of the group. An important part of the Peace & power program is learning to manage your emotions and distinguish between response and reaction.

Wellbeing, Culture & Nature program
The aim of the Wellbeing, culture & nature programme is to change your perspective and gain distance from your everyday duties, which immediately improves your well-being.
This program is based on visiting new places, great cuisine, beautiful locations, nature and culture. Through the practice of yoga away from the daily hustle and bustle, it inspires you to discover yourself and the world around you. The Wellbeing, culture & nature program is intended for individuals or teams who need to stimulate their creativity and change their perspective. An important part of the program is the inspiration of new places and a different culture, which stimulate creativity and motivation for further action.
