Meet your future self
A meditation that involves visualizing and interacting with an imagined future self in a safe and comfortable space filled with comfortable mattresses, soft blankets, and aromatherapy eye pillows. I will lead the meditation session, present a meet your future self diagram at the end of the session, and close the whole experience with a tea ritual.

Wellbeing at work
The Wellbeing at Work program consists of 8 sessions that I designed for professionals working with high responsibility and high time pressure. Each session combines theoretical, experiential and practical parts so that participants can not only understand the key techniques for improving wellbeing, but also experience their direct impact on physical and mental health.

That is why laughter yoga was created, which is based on group work techniques that induce intentional laughter. It instantly relaxes, improves attitude, atmosphere in the group and motivates to further action.
