The Art of Simple Life - a few words about simple life
Sometimes I feel like things live for us.
We care for them. We carry them. We transport them. We hide them.
And then there's no room to breathe.
We take too many of them with us – on vacation, at home, in our heads.
Especially when we want to "rest".
A bag full of "just in case."
A beautician full of promises.
A daily schedule full of "maybe this too."
What if less really is more?
Lighter. Cleaner. Truer.
I practice this too.
I remove excess from myself – things, gestures, rituals.
Let what supports me stay. Not what looks good.
A simple life begins when we make room for ourselves.

About people
You can learn people.
Listen, look, be.
But you don't have to depend on them.
A simple life is also the ability to choose.
Not always loud. Not always popular.
Only those who make you feel… simply good.
About the rhythm of the day
Not every day has to have a result.
Not every hour has to be scheduled.
Not every action has to have a justification.
A simple life also means a day without a plan.
And an evening without a summary.

About the body
The body does not need to be trained.
It doesn't have to be in shape. It doesn't have to change.
Just keep in touch.
With you. With breathing. With what is now.
Not with a project for later.

About rest
You don't have to go anywhere to relax.
No need to book a spa, a weekend, or a flight.
You can sit down.
Close your eyes.
And don't look for sense in it.
That's enough.

About decisions
Not everything needs to be considered.
Not every decision needs five arguments.
Not everything has to have a strategy.
Sometimes it's enough:
"I feel that way."
And that's it
