Something passes. And something comes.
About waiting, accepting imperfection, and the meaning of small rituals
There's a moment at the end of August when the world quiets down. The mornings grow cooler, the grasses less intensely green, and the air seems clearer. It's that moment when we know something is ending. That summer is fading. That another summer will also pass someday. And that we—once again—are caught in the middle.
And that's when we start to feel... a little regret. Nostalgia mixes with anxiety. And it's easy to slip into the mindset of, "I need to get going! I need to plan! September needs to be productive!" But maybe—right now—it's worth doing something completely different.

Maybe you don't have to be perfect now
Maybe you don't need a plan. Maybe you don't know. And maybe it's from this place—of uncertainty, change, of subtle tremors—that you can do something most important: give yourself permission to accept that not everything has to be perfect.
So often we set high expectations for ourselves: that we need to return from vacation with renewed energy, that we need "September goals," that we need to get moving. But what if your body needs a different rhythm right now?
Stop by and see how you're doing.
And… plan something to look forward to.

Waiting isn't a waste of time. Waiting is a gentle movement toward yourself. It's an internal gesture: "I deserve something good." For a moment of silence. For a conversation. For a trip that will change something—perhaps just subtly, or perhaps for a long time.
At Yoga Retreatment, we always say: regeneration is not a luxury—it's a prerequisite for living life to the fullest. That's why we invite you to our next Empowerment Retreat—October 9–12 at Komierowo Palace. There, we'll breathe, move, and experience together. We'll examine ourselves—not with judgment, but with gentleness.
This won't be an escape from reality. It will be an encounter with what's most important in it.
Do something for yourself now. Not because you have to. But because you can.
