How to truly regenerate your body and mind?

Scrolling, Netflix, quick conversation – this is not a reset.
It's a change of stimulus, and your brain still works.
What works?
• A warm bath and conscious relaxation of the body
• Lying on the grass, looking at the sky
• A song that just makes you move
• Deep breathing with your hand on your heart
These are signals to the nervous system:
"I'm safe. I can rest."
The body needs regular signals of safety—daily, gentle, and authentic. Here are my tried-and-true methods that I recommend:
• Hand-on-chest breathing – 3 minutes of presence
• Slow stretching and yawning – like a cat in the morning
• A gentle dance to one song
• Walks without a phone – at least 10 minutes a day
• Immersing yourself in a bath and consciously relaxing your muscles
• Grounding practice – lying on the floor with a heavy blanket
