The time of the pandemic has greatly changed the way we work. Many of us working from home, unable to find the motivation to have a break for many hours on end. It is not only difficult to find the time for a break during the day, but it is also becoming all the more difficult to effectively regenerate and recharge the energy needed for further hours of work. The effect is back pain, wrist pain, as well as frustration, lack of motivation, and often great fatigue.
HOW CAN THIS BE CHANGED OVER A SHORT TIME?
Together with our Yoga Retreatment teacher, Jimmy Saurabh, we have developed a special exercise program which acts like an espresso: it is quick and gets you back on your feet. Without added caffeine, resulting in a regenerating boost in just 15 minutes. We believe that for a break to be effective the head has stop chasing thoughts for a moment, the body should stretch, and the whole experience should be accompanied by an individually chosen element of pleasure. This is why we encourage the merging of the short, 15 minute yoga session with a favourite ritual, a simple, relaxing, and pleasant activity which we await.
