Place the heat-pack on a sore area for 10 minutes. If the heat is too intense, place a towel between the heat-pack and the skin.  Note – only heat the internal part of the heat-pack at a temperature not higher than 100 °C, otherwise the fabric may damage.

Prior to use, place the heat-pack in the freezer for approx. 30 minutes, then place it on a sore area of the body for at least 10 minutes.

Note:

In the case of an injury or swelling, we recommend using a cold heat-pack  in the first 24 hours. After this time, we recommend using a heated heat-pack.
